Professional Support Lawyer/Trainer – Private Investment Funds

You will serve as a general professional support lawyer to the funds team, with a focus on devising and presenting legal training to the funds team as well as assisting in preparing presentations for business development purposes.  

• Monitors legal and market developments in the funds space;
• Collaborates with the funds partners to identify the firm’s training needs;
• Develops effective training programs and materials;
• Prepares business development presentations and pitch decks for clients and prospective clients of the funds team; and
• Provides reports as needed.

• You will be a private investment funds lawyer with a minimum  of 5 years post qualification experience;
• Enthusiastic, driven, and ambitious;
• Excellent attention to detail;
• Excellent presenting and writing skills;
• A good communicator able to present knowledge in an engaging way;
• Ability to exercise sound judgment;
• Exhibits an exceptional ability to train and encourage employees through interpersonal skills;
